Why & What Are We Looking For?

Because we’ve had the amazing opportunity to add additional doctors to our team over the past two years. Since 2020-2021 were ‘interesting years,’ to say the least, we made it work with our current assistant team of 8. But now, we are looking to grow from 8 assistants to 10 or 11.

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Is highly energetic and LOVES helping others;
  • Thrives in a team environment;
  • Is just as obsessed with teeth, dental implants, and surgeries as we are!

What Are The Surgical Assistant’s Duties?

  • Welcoming new patients for their consults;
  • Taking digital x-rays, PANOs, and CBCTs;
  • Taking clinical photos;
  • Setting and cleaning up all ops for different procedures;
  • Taking impressions digitally as well as with alginate;
  • Entering preliminary treatment plan before a smooth handoff to a treatment coordinator;
  • Explaining the procedures to a patient;
  • Sterilizing instruments;

  • Maintaining accurate patient notes;

  • Assisting the doctor in all appointments, including new patient exams, surgery, and follow-up appointments.

We are open to part-time and full-time positions to fill our surgical assistant needs. We are still following all of our COVID protocols that we put in place since coming back in May 2020. You must be able to show proof of vaccination to be considered for the position.
