Meet Dr. Easley
Changing the face of Bellevue dentistry.
Elisabeth Easley DMD
Dr. Elisabeth Easley is from Whitmore, California, a small town you would miss if you blinked too long. She spent much of her childhood riding horses, chasing frogs, and exploring the wilderness with her little sister on their family’s ranch. Some of her earliest and favorite memories are family trips to the Oregon and Washington coast and the Shakespeare festivals in Ashland, Oregon.
While studying at UC Davis, she was introduced to her mentors and initially became interested in periodontics. However, it was during a college summer that Dr. Easley fell in love with periodontics. She was assisting a family friend in his practice and loved the aspect of patient care and the emphasis periodontics placed on overall health.
Once Dr. Easley graduated from dental school, completed her Masters, and her residency, it was finally time to select a place to call home. Her fondness for the Pacific Northwest and her husband’s love of the outdoors led them to Washington State
Now, as one of our skilled periodontics, Dr. Easley continues to help change the face of dentistry. Many individuals have a fear of the dentist, but Dr. Easley loves changing their views by promoting a trusting relationship, a safe and comfortable environment and offering sedation options to facilitate ease during procedures (oh, and the occasional funny cat story).

What do you do outside of the office?
My husband, Shane, and I enjoy the outdoors, including hiking, camping, and general exploration. We also enjoy traveling both in the states and abroad. When we are not searching for adventure, we love spending time at home with our pets, aka “fur babies.” I love to cook, am an avid reader, volunteer in my local and international communities, and teach fitness classes.
Who is your hero? Why?
My dad. At eight-years-old, his father passed away from pneumonia, leaving his mother with SEVEN children, and he was the youngest. The next year he got his first job and established a line of “credit” with the local grocery store so that he could help feed his family. Throughout his life, his success has been directly related to his persistence and dedication to always perform his best.
What was the best day of your life and why?
One of the best days of my life was actually in dental school. We were nearing graduation, and I was called into my program director’s office. He handed me a letter from a patient who had been crippled with dental anxiety. He expressed how my exam changed his life and how he viewed dentists. I still have the letter.
What is an interesting fact about yourself?
I have two other mini-jobs. I have been a fitness instructor since college. I also make and sell jewelry as a way to decompress after a long week and to display my artistic side.
